Chilly can always take the heat, but when this crazy dude ventures out of his cold climate and into the cold, he found that he was really out of his element. You've got to have him kudos for trying again & again to embrace the cold. He has attempted everything from skiing & making snow angels but let's face it - a chilly pepper just doesn't belong in the snow. Chilly never lets his cold feet get the best of him though. He always warms to the challenge of another day of trying again.
