Special Service: USPS EXPRESS - Overnight to most areas on packages delivered to the post office by Noon, so the order must be placed by 10AM.

3 Day Air Select - guaranteed delivery on the 3rd business day.
2nd Day Air (additional charge for Saturday delivery) - guaranteed delivery on the 2nd business day.
NextDayAir - guaranteed delivery next business day. Package sent on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery ($12.50 on orders shipped on Friday) and Saturday Pick Up ($12.50). Those optional services are not included in the shipping cost estimate and must be requested.
You may choose USPS or UPS for your shipping needs. These services have proven to be efficient and every order can be tracked while in transit. Please note that merchandise may be repackaged or delivered in boxes that may not reflect the contents. If products are in stock, orders are shipped usually, within 2-3 days. Should the order take longer to process due to merchandise availability or weather concerns, you will be notified by email.

All shipping to APO addresses must be sent through the USPS shipping option.
THIRD PARTY DELIVERY
We often ship to third party locations but ask that you please supply an accurate address as UPS may charge a fee for incorrect addresses. Please note that the purchaser is fully responsible for all shipping charges in the event that the third party refuses shipment or merchandise is not able to be delivered due to "receiver unavailability" as determined by carrier.
OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS
At this time, we do not ship overseas.
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
Please beware that shipping some candies and chocolates during the summer months can damage these candies and chocolates. Since normal shipping companies do not have air-conditioned delivery vehicles, they will not guarantee the condition of chocolate shipped in warmer weather. As a result, SnydersCandy.com will not guarantee items damaged in such circumstances. SnydersCandy.com will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from such weather. We also recommend that you do not put your chocolate in a refrigerator after it ships this tends to change the candies color.
RETURNS
Customer must pay shipping for refused packages, shipping for canceled order after it shipped and the shipping charges for the refused package shall any return charges be applied by the carrier.
