ORDERING
We do require a $10.00 minimum when ordering.
All orders below $10.00 will incur a Low Order Fee in the amount of $1.
ONLINE ORDERING
Orders can be placed online, at any time. All information provided during the ordering process is confidential and we do not, under any circumstance, share or sell any of your information.
PHONE ORDERS
If you need a large quantity of candy or have complicated shipping needs, we encourage you to contact us at 302.Candy.94 or 302.226.3994 as we will be happy to guide you through the ordering process.
Sales staff is available seven days a week from 10:00 AM. to 6 PM. est.
Messages left after normal business hours will be returned the following business day.
Please note that sales staff may not be able to calculate the cost of shipping at the time you place your order, but would be happy to email you a shipping quote ASAP.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the event that a product is unavailable, you will not be charged for the out of stock item.
We have a vast selection of candies and are unable to guarantee that all products are in stock. All orders are filled on a first come basis and we do not make promises, real or implied, as to availability of merchandise.
Please note that we do not back-order out of stock items and should you reorder, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

RETURNS
All canceled and refused orders are subject to 25% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges are not returnable in case when order was canceled after it shipped and/or when the package was refused by the addressee. Shall refusal generate additional shipping charges, they will be deducted from your return.
